SuspireX acts as a fulfillment and sourcing agent connecting merchants with third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture the goods. While we vet suppliers for quality, we are not the direct seller of the products to your end customers.

7. Payment Terms

We accept payments via PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Wallet Balance. All fees are billed in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all orders placed. Failed payments may result in shipment delays.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
