DDP Logistics & Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026. These protocols govern your access to the SuspireX Global Fulfillment ecosystem and its APIs.

SuspireX operates on a strictly physical, pre-manufactured inventory model. Our logistics network is engineered to bypass standard ePacket delays using dedicated Air Freight and DDP protocols.

1. The Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Protocol

SuspireX ships all eligible international packages using the DDP incoterm. This means the wholesale shipping cost quoted in your dashboard explicitly includes border clearance, import taxes, and VAT. Your end-customers will not be harassed by their local post office for hidden customs fees prior to final delivery.

2. Dispatch Velocity & Processing Epochs

Because we do not rely on Print-On-Demand (POD) or drop-shipping from secondary factories, 100% of our catalog is physically shelved. Orders paid via your Wallet Balance before 14:00 GMT are packed and dispatched to the courier sorting facility on the identical business day. Processing never exceeds 48 hours.

3. Global Delivery Timeframes

By aggregating volume into dedicated air cargo blocks, our transit times heavily outperform standard networks. Estimated delivery windows (post-dispatch) are:
United States: 5 to 9 Business Days
United Kingdom: 4 to 8 Business Days
European Union: 6 to 12 Business Days
Australia & APAC: 7 to 14 Business Days

4. Node-to-Store Tracking Sync

Once a parcel is scanned at the departure sorting center, a unique Tracking Vector is generated. The SuspireX API automatically injects this tracking number into your WooCommerce or Shopify order metadata, subsequently triggering your native shipping confirmation emails to your customer.

5. IOSS Declaration Mandates (EU Specific)

For DDP to function legally within the European Union, merchants must configure a valid IOSS number in their SuspireX Settings Panel. Packages dispatched without an IOSS number will default to DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), shifting tax liability to the consumer and severely delaying port clearance.

6. Green Packaging Initiative

Merchants opting into the "Green Packaging" toggle will have their products shipped in 100% biodegradable, compostable poly-mailers. This initiative incurs a flat operational surcharge of $0.30 per package, automatically debited from your ledger at the time of dispatch.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Vectors

SuspireX relies entirely on the address string passed via API from your storefront. We are not liable for packages returned to sender (RTS) due to incorrect formatting, missing apartment numbers, or customer refusal. RTS packages are destroyed at the destination port; they are not shipped back to our origin warehouses.

8. Restricted Zones

Due to localized customs volatility, SuspireX APIs will automatically reject fulfillment requests targeted at active conflict zones, strictly embargoed nations, or regions lacking reliable final-mile infrastructure.

9. Peak Season Adjustments

During Q4 (Black Friday / Cyber Monday) and Lunar New Year, standard processing and transit times may incur a 3 to 5-day latency due to global cargo saturation. Merchants will be notified via the Dashboard of any active delays.

10. Split Shipments & Order Tags

If an order contains products housed in two separate global warehouse nodes, SuspireX will split the fulfillment. If the "Order Tags" toggle is active, our API will append `SUSPIREX_PARTIAL` to the order on your platform, pushing tracking data asynchronously as each sub-package dispatches.
